Disclaimer: I apologize in advance for the length of this post. It has been a long time since I have had ample time to organize my thoughts on any political issues and as such, I may tend to ramble a bit more in this post than I had intended. Of Love and Hope

Today rather than bringing you a long and boring discussion on the nature of politics in the United States, or the future of the nation, I would instead merely pass along some information that has recently come to my intention that I believe deserves fervent support. On October 5th, 2013, in Sacramento, there will be an event known as "Of Love and Hope" which is dedicated to repairing the damage done by human sex trafficking. This event will feature speakers such as Jenny Williamson and artists like Transparent . You can read more about this community event at my sister's fantastic blog -- Eucatastrophe . This is a great opportunity to engage on a serious political and social issue that has plagued the Sacramento area for far too long! Let's do our part to put an END to Sex Trafficking in our day!
